1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government ties. It does not store official records, conduct official checks, retrieve files, or submit documents for a user.

Its purpose is to identify Henry County and Georgia sources, including the Sheriff’s Office, court clerks, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and GCIC, and the Georgia Sex Offender Registry, while also presenting clearly labeled outside search tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
• Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
• Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

No information found here or through a linked tool may be used to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate. Georgia Sex Offender Registry information is supplied for public safety awareness under O.C.G.A. § 42-1-12. Misuse against a listed person may violate law; threats and vigilante action are forbidden.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

A check for an FCRA-regulated purpose must come from a properly compliant provider and cannot rely on this website.
